At Prime Neu, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our shipping processes, delivery timelines, and related terms.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
  • In case of any unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (depending on location)
  • Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select pin codes)
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside India.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping is available on both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above ₹499. For orders valued at ₹499 or below, shipping charges may apply based on the delivery pincode and product type. Customers can also avail free shipping on lower-value orders by applying eligible coupons or gift cards at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: Charges for express shipping vary depending on the delivery location and product type. Applicable fees will be clearly displayed at the cart and checkout stages before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can also track your order directly on our website under the ‘Track Order’ section.
  • If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact our support team.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes.
  • A nominal COD handling fee may be applicable, which will be displayed at checkout and cart.
  • COD orders will be verified via call/SMS before dispatch.

6. Undelivered or Missed Deliveries

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, a second attempt will be made.
  • If the order is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.
  • Customers can contact our support team for re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

7. Shipping Partners

  • We have partnered with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Prime Neu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
  • If you suspect your package is lost, contact our support team immediately, and we will assist you in tracking it.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

  • You can request a shipping address change within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at care.primeneu@gmail.com or via call.
  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
